研究概要

当研究分野ではカーボンナノチューブおよびグラフェンの超微細構造と特殊な伝導特性を活用した新しいナノデバイスの実現を目的として、その製作技術、材料の基礎的な研究および高感度センサー、量子デバイス等の開発を行っている。

Summary

Nanocarbons such as carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and graphene are expected for fabrication of devices owing to their unique structures and superior electrical properties. In this department, synthesis of nanocabons, fabrication and characterization of nanocarbon-based nanodevices are investigated.
